Yes. At the hostal, prices are per night and per room depending on the number of guests, with VAT and American breakfast served at Café París (7:15 to 9:30). When booking we ask about allergies or intolerances, and you can switch to whole-bean coffee for CLP 1,500. At the country house the price is for the whole house, VAT included, without breakfast.

Is there parking?

Yes, free, private and 2 minutes from the hostal. Spaces are limited, so check availability when booking. At the country house, parking is inside the property.

Is reception open 24 hours?

No. Reception is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you arrive later, let us know beforehand on WhatsApp.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Electronic receipt or invoice for companies, payable by card, bank transfer or at reception.

Is it quiet?

The hostal is downtown and Café París operates on the ground floor. If you come to rest, ask for an interior room when booking.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at no cost up to 48 hours before arrival, and we refund your deposit. With less than 48 hours, the 50% paid when booking is retained. Applies to the hostal and the country house.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we are pet lovers: small pets are welcome, at the hostal and the country house. Tell us when booking so we can check availability and assign the right room.
